Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the travel providers and vary depending on the service booked. Snowbird Voyages will assist in managing cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds. It is the client’s responsibility to review these policies before booking. We encourage all clients to purchase travel protection for their trips, which we provide a quote for.

• Snowbird Voyages acts as an intermediary between you and travel providers. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of these providers.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party providers or unforeseen disruptions (e.g., flight delays, weather events).

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected events.
